We would suggest logging into this website and choosing a book along with your child.

Alternatively, use other books you have at home.

Talk to them and ask questions about what they read, ensuring they have understood the material. Encourage them to sound out unfamiliar words. Get them to write out words that are new to them.

Try to encourage your child to spend 15 minutes every day reading

Spellings: Choose from either list A or B

List A: a, about, all

List B: trust, crust, slope, wrote

Practise calling out the spelling for each word and put each word into an interesting sentence.
