Alternatively, use other books you have at home.
Talk to them and ask questions about what they have read,
ensuring they understand the material. Encourage them to sound out unfamiliar

SESE:
Today’s SESE activity is about floating and sinking! We are
going to investigate which objects float and sink! Have a look at the activity
sheets below.
As always we would love to see pictures of your work. This
week especially, some photographs of the results of what the young scientists have
investigated would be very welcome! Let us know what you discovered.
If you don’t have the items listed in the activity at home,
try using other objects that you can find around the house. Don’t forget to
estimate first, will the item float or sink?
Well done boys and girls! Whether you tried one activity or
did them all, we are very proud of you. Have a lovely weekend! J
